All Novus new-build homes come with the NHBC 10-year guarantee.  Giving peace of mind, and the maximum convenience, the NHBC Buildmark policy offers “the most comprehensive level of protection available”.  For the first two years after construction, the Buildmark cover requires Novus to set right any damage to the home caused by a defect which results from a failure to meet NHBC Standards.  For the proceeding eight years, the NHBC provides direct insurance cover for our customers for the cost, subject to a minimum claim value, of putting right any physical damage to the home caused by a defect in specified parts of the building..

But the NHBC seal of approval is more than just an insurance policy.  Throughout the entire construction process, Novus work with the NHBC surveyors to ensure that every aspect of the construction process is carried out to the highest possible standard, using the best possible modern materials and techniques.

On one of their most recent sites, Novus’ building contractor has even been nominated as NHBC Builder of the Year – recognition which we feel is thoroughly deserved.
