Sadly our show house at Samphire Close, which had become a popular destination for house hunters and holidaymakers alike, will very shortly no longer be open for viewing.

Having now sold off all of the properties in phase one of the development, we have now released it for sale, and it has been sold.

This is quite a shame, since visitors have been overwhelmingly surprised and impressed by the unique interior design and quality.  The innovative designs have to be seen to be appreciated, and we've really enjoyed being able to show people around this remarkable property.

That said, we're glad to think that it will soon be lived in, and a family will be able to enjoy the benefits of all our hard work.  An exceptional house in a beautiful location.

This phase has sold off far more quickly than we had expected: keep checking our website for news of the final two properties.  These will both be very special - you won't want to miss them.  Register your interest to be kept informed.
