Latest glimpse of exciting new development in Wells next the Sea...

We have just received the artist's impression of our new development at Wells next the Sea, only a couple of minutes' walk from the harbour. 

We have always been excited about this development, with its fantastic contemporary design, and a mix of four-bed houses and two-bed apartment in a very private setting, separated from the road by a row of mature trees.

But now we can begin to see how it might look when complete, we are more confident than ever that these stunning properties will be hugely in-demand.  Donna Scott has done a fantastic job of bringing out our inimitable attention to detail in her illustrations - so many thanks for all her hard work!

They will be built to the same exacting standards as we have employed at our current site at Samphire Close, Blakeney (which, for those who haven't visited yet, is currently being considered by the NHBC for one of the categories in their Housebuilder of the Year Awards!)
